Threading is a method that uses cotton thread to remove unwanted hairs from the root while waxing removes hair by applying warm or cold wax directly onto the skin which then sticks to the hairs before being removed with cloth strips or wooden spatula . The benefit of threading over wax is that it causes less irritation since no chemicals are involved in its removal process while also providing more precise results when shaping eyebrows .

Each appointment varies depending on the services requested; however, most appointments typically range from 15 - 30 minutes. Some discomfort may occur depending on an individual's pain threshold but most people find the process relatively painless.

There is no age restriction, this is a decision for a parent or guardian to make, I personally would say that it depends upon the actual need. If your kids eyebrows are think and bushy and it bothers her/ him then get them done professionally.
